I just reported Darrin to the BBB in Orange County(http://www.labbb.org), but I seriously doubt what good it will do, because of the response I got from the last one I submitted (for Coversign-same BBB) stated below:

It is our policy to process only those complaints that fall into your BBB's scope. Items such as landlord/tenant issues, criminal allegations, requests for punitive damages, employer/employee disputes, cases already involved in litigation, civil right violations, business to business collection issues, etc. are not handled by your BBB.

Then there's Ticor Title. I spoke to Alice yesterday; she claims they do not do business with him any more and haven't since March!

I did file a complaint online with the FTC (http://www.ftc.gov). He's doing business across state lines, using both phone and website to transact business nationwide. Federal statutes prohibit such fraudulate activities, procuring services with no intent to pay.

Next is the State of California, Dept. of Corporations (http://www.corp.ca.gov/default.asp), writing that one up and forwarding a copy to him.

Come on people - the links are there - USE them! Then email Darrin a link to this message board post; I have shared three with him already.

we need to report Darrin Bobier to the BBB the title company Ticor Title still uses him apparently they must not care about their reputation. We need to put deceiving people out of business!

Still waiting on payment from beginning of February. He was paid 2 weeks after I did the signing and still no payment. No responses from him and many calls and emails.

Located in Orange California - Ran by Darrin Bobier.

I did a signing on 1-12-08. Have yet to receive payment. Have called left voice mail at least 2-3 times a day. Haved faxed invoice multiple times. I e-mail at least every other day. Gave time limit before contacting Title company.

Finally got a response from him today 3-5-08 that check is in the mail. Just wanted others to know about the slow pay.

He had paid good in the past so I am told.
