Did a job June 17, 2009. After three calls...only able to leave messages...and double invoicing, still no pay. Not happy with their lack of response.

Good luck getting paid. They say checks are sent out on a specific date and 2 weeks later still nothing. They can be as nice as they want but if they dont come through with the money, it means zero.

I did a signing for Sunset Signings in June... I have got to tell you what a pleasure it was.. I had to call Steve several times since I am relatively new at this, and I had several questions... He was extremely patient! I mean, I was bothering him on a Saturday as he was preparing for a Birthday Party and he answered his phone everytime, with a wonderful tone in his voice..

I cant tell you how much this helped my confidence... I would do busines with them again in a heartbeat...

I was paid just as promised...

Steve, if you are reading this....a big THANK YOU :)

Did you ever receive payment? They just called me to do a closing and I have never worked for them. Thanks.

He said that they have changed their name from Sunset Closings to Sunset Signings, LLC and that he had forwarded my voice mails to his accounting department several times. He apologized for them not having gotten back to me. He also said that he saw that a check was sent to me in October but in checking out bank statements that the check was never cashed. He asked that I verify the address to send it to, and that he would then see that a check was sent to me. I send that information to him on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 and have heard nothing from him since.

I remembered this on invoicing CQ, you must log-in to their site and fill out pay form. This is on the confir. sheet, but runs on past margin (not in paragraph form), just follow it and log on. It worked for me. Good luck.

I have done numerous jobs for CQ, and yes, they are a little slower than some, but they pay, its money in the bank, eventually.

I did a signing for them last year Apr 07 and was paid reasonably quickly. Know they were having some problems when mortgage industry starting slowing down but would work for them again.

I just did one for them on March 10, 08. So far so good; a lot to fax back though. Hopefully, I will get paid on time.
