Peter - The mentioned notary has been removed from 123notary.com for failure to maintain his/her listing properly.

If someone else on board doesn't pay and you can provide documentation, I WILL mark their file with the documentation which will not be visable to the public, but will be visable to me.

I would like to protect you, so long as I can do it in a way that doesn't incriminate me or involve me in discrimination of any nature.

Peter,

Why don't we start a new thread for the 123Notary Hall of Shame?

I have a gal right now that has made every excuse to not pay me and she is a paid member of this site. Now, she has gone as far as to change her name (not legally from what I can see) to avoid further degradation.

I'll start it under the SS forum.

Hi Peter,
I can not go around yanking people because they didn't pay you. I can only yank them if they don't pay me. I am buddies with a collection agency in LA who I am allowing to advertise for FREE on the forum here so that people exactly like you can benefit from his services. Please contact him and he can most likely get you paid.

Also, can we moderate the language? Your frustration is understandable, but the cursing creates a lower vibration.

Obviously he is listed and has paid for his spot on 123. The thing is he owes me and a bunch of us a lot of money, and is not paying. He is dirt. And as far as I am concerned, I wouldn't mind if he were hit by a bus tomorrow. Is there anything you guys can do (like remove his listing - I wish) so he can not continue accepting and giving out signings through this site?

Frances, If you read this... DROP DEAD!

If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more. If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
