Just thought I would update you all. I went to the address today listed on our confirmation. It is a Mailboxes Etc. His mailbox is overfull and the gentleman said Mario has not been in for quite a while. I left a demand to be sent to the box knowing full well that it will never be paid. IF you ever expect to receive any money I would suggest searching him up and filing against him at his home, since you will never get him thru the Rosecrans address.

My husband did two signings for them in Dec and Jan. No payment to attorney as yet. Phone is down, email is not working, website is suspended. Anybody have contact address and good numbers for them?

I got the call for this company when I was at the grocery store. I accepted it then when I got back to the computer I check and he had a bad rap for non- payment. So I contacted him to give signing back. He agreed to overnight me a check. Well signing was on 11-29-07 check was received on 12-5-07.

I did a closing for Notary Exchange in October 2007 and to date have not received payment.

Several others on the NNA website also rated this company as a slow/no payer.

Mario Ramirez is the contact. No sure if he's the owner.
