Yup, that's the one! The Author is Laura Vestanen, a super smart lady who's formerly from California, now living in the beautiful (and must less-expensive) state of Washington.

I've been a part-time signing agent for 10 years. I know I have excellent reputation because I work hard to do a great job. In spite of that, this month I've only had one signing that I was able to do. Unfortunately, when I'm called for weekday signings, I have to pass...due to my full-time "Bookkeeper" job. Can't believe how slow it is in my area! Hopefully things will improve soon. I usually earn $1400. to $2000. a month....now this month....$75.00 so far! |

I work part-time! Right now, I'm using my industry skills to assist a struggling Loan Broker. He really appreciates my efforts (I love research) and I really appreciate his money! I'm learning a lot about REO, underwriting and processing and he's getting a lot ideas from me since I'm not in his exact world. We're like soup and salad: We're different but go together.
It's only a matter of time until FHA kicks in, we see more Reverse Mortgages and the industry will "settle down". Friends, people ALWAYS NEED MONEY. Tons are getting out of the business, leaving more work for those of us who hang tight.
I see absolutely nothing wrong with getting a part-time job! Who knows what great things may happen!?!
All the best, Kelly Robertson, LSA Coach

You may want to look for a part-time job to supplement your income for now unless signings pick up in the near future.

Hi everyone. I am new to this site, but have been a full time signing agent for the past 5 years. I cannot remember ever being this slow. Since this is my only income, I am very scared and need some advise. |
