I just returned to 1-Touch a job with a pdf of the comments from this forum (and ones from notary rotary - with similar content). I told them that the ONLY way I could do business with them is for them to send me a PayPal payment, immediately, in advance.

Please contact me in office at 954.481.8957 or on my cell to discuss your invoice as I would be happy to have this corrected as promptly as possible. Please note I am trying to restore the reputation of our company and apologize that your payment was not issued promptly due to the management of our billing department at that time.

As per a previous posting in another area, I asked that you give me a call regarding this outstanding invoice. I was not taking care of our billing department during the time of this closing and apologize for this payment not being issued to you promptly. Tommy has always issued payment promptly when he was taking care of the billing department and during the time David (which is no longer a part of the company) unfortunately was not issuing payment promptly and furthermore was not entering closing / notary invoices properly either. As per our discussion and my review of this closing, payment has been issued and will be in your receipt mid-week. Please feel free to post upon receipt and thank you for your understanding.

| I am very upset that I never got paid for a closing in June of last year from ONE TOUCH. It is especially upsetting since I had done business with Tommy when he was with PRIMETIME closers. I guess I am lucky, however, since he is the only company that did not pay me in 2007. |

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COLLECT FROM 1 TOUCH CLOSING FOR A 7/24/07 CLOSING. THE PHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED AND THE NEW NUMBER 8954 481 8957 IS VOICE MAIL. HOW CAN I REACH TOMMY AT 1 TOUCH?

Good news. 1 Touch closings has called many people grief. However, I finally got my faith in mankind restored by Tommy from 1 Touch. It appears his partner caused him, his company, his vendors much grief.
Now Tommy is cleaning up the mess. Tommy called me twice in the last week and a half, he made a promise and he stuck with it. AGAIN - He called me! I'm impressed. He said he would pay me 8/24/2007, but guess what? Today is 8/24 and the check is in my hand for both closings. He feels so appalled at the way his SA's have been handled and not payed. He asks that all give 1 Touch another chance - he is trying to save the company's reputation. I am willing to do so. I hope you folks will too. These things do happen in business and Tommy is making things right. No - he didn't pay me extra to say this, but you can tell he is sincere. If you will call now and ask for Tommy, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and his efforts to make amends.
