We use experienced notaries and notary signing agents for non-closings and a wide variety of other assignments, including tasks to facilitate closings with our attorneys. And, yes, Georgia is an "attorney state."

if you haven't been paid by now, forget it, they are bankrupt, this is happening more and more, and it happens when companies mix funds
and don;'t have a proper accounting system in place

I have not been paid by Express Financial in 60 days. Their 45 days payment schedule is weak at best but now I am getting angry. They are giving it the old "Check will be sent next week" and it sounds a bit too much like Signatures Plus for my taste. They say it is a 45 day payment schedule but they are behind. I think 60 days is enough time to get caught up and send me a check. Particularly since they are so very demanding with their signings... All the rules, but then no payment??? Be careful when dealing with this company. For over two weeks I have been promised payment. Each time, new person, new story.... Good luck to everyone who signs for them.

Express Financial Services is in the process of expanding our panel for quality signing agents. We are a title insurance company providing title, closing and appraisal services nationwide. We offer competitive rates and are in search of agents in the following areas:

The whole state of Texas and Louisiana (specifically Franklin & Saint James parrishes)

We would like to invite you to log onto our website and complete a new closing agent application. Please log on to www.efstitle.com and click the “New” link in the Vendor box. You will be asked to answer some preliminary questions, and our standard signing agent test will follow. Please allow yourself ample time to complete this from start to finish as you will not be able to stop and complete later. You also cannot hit the back button during this test as it will log you out automatically and you will have to wait 30 days before accessing this system again.

Thank you for your interest in EFS and we look forward to welcoming you to our dynamic nationwide panel of signing agents.

Once you have passed this preliminary set up you will be added to our database for immediate use.
