A name change has occured (fyi) and the new, more nationally minded organization name is UNAA (United Notary Association of America). The new site is up and running and many new features are being added at a furious pace. For now you can visit either the NING site at : http://midwestnotaryassn.ning.com/ or the main site at: http://unitednotaries.org/ Become a member...this organization is by notaries, for notaries and promises to elevate our industry and our profession.

Yes Tim, the NING site is very cool! I just accepted an invitation yesterday and love the community, sure to make a positive difference in our industry and LSAs helping LSAs. I'm learning more and more about blogging too, something that I had no clue about up until now!
See you there!

The MWNA recently launched a social networking site that is more an expansion of their main website than it is anything else. (Think of it as a cross between MySpace or FaceBook and the MWNA website.) It is at http://midwestnotaryassn.ning.com/.
If you find that you like the social networking for Notaries thing, please feel free to join my site at TravelingNotaryPublic.ning.com () or the one by Jim L's grandson, Scott, at MobileNotaryNetwork.ning.com.

MWNA is a winner. If you can, becone an elite member. I'm from Jersey and don't even know how to find Iowa. This started as a regional site but is fast becoming national. Good Luck Linda and Haaza. I prefer to call them the MODERN WORLD NOTARY ASSN. Jim Lissemore, Pres. www.Flexo-Notaries.com |

I also am a fan of this website. They have some great free information for notary/loan-signers and you will get some great marketing tips from them. Great place to advertise on also.

The Midwest Notary Association (MWNA) Owned and Operated by two super sharp working signing agents, this site has a lot to offer including a safe place to ask questions and post plus a plethora of helpful resources, articles, info, supplies and more.
I'm in California and with my premium top spot, I've landed quite a few high-paying jobs here - honest! Linda and her smart husband Haaza provide a very informative monthly info blast/newsletter and are going to be THE LEADING RESOURCE FOR IOWA AND SURROUNDING STATES, NO DOUBT!
Check out their site at www.MWNA.net - tell 'em Kelly sent you. :)

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
Popular pages
If you visit 123notary.com often, you might want to visit some of our most popular pages such as the California notary, Texas notary, Florida notary, and New York notary pages to browse the site. We also have valuable pages for notaries such as the free list of signing companies, and the resource page. Please also visit our get notarized and notarized letter page.
