Our system is currently set up for 45 days after date of signing, give or take a day because of holidays and weekends.

I completed a signing for Express on Feb 23 and was told that my check will be mailed on April 13 (automatic payment system), which will be 49 days before being sent. Another one I signed for them on February 17 was paid to me on 3/30/07, which was "only" 41 days delivered to me. I don't understand how that can be if it is automatic payments as I was informed... I got paid and have no issue with that but it seems like it could come a bit faster...

I cannot answer that question exactly as is it not within my job function to know the exact reason we have a 45 day pay cycle.

Why exactly does it take 45 days to get paid? Even 30 days is pushing the matter as some notaries happen to know that most companies get paid by the lender within a smaller stretch of time (a couple of weeks).

As in all your other posts, thank you for your speedy response.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to get the docs quicker. That is a pain that we share, in a perfect world we would like to have them sooner so we have time to review them as well, however most of the time it doesn't turn out that way. Glad to hear you enjoy working with us!

Excellent....really nice to have a response from you so quickly too!....my only other issue is how to get those darn Countrywide docs faster (sooner before the signing)and I'm sure that's a lender issue not an escrow issue. Sometimes (on a Fridays for example) I'm 3 hours from a signing (or more if I can't roll early-which I prefer to do). Waiting on docs can dump me right in the middle of get-away friday traffic in L.A. making it an even longer ordeal. I've noticed that EFS pays well and I would love to get even more work if I can....the people I've spoken with there are really nice too. It must be a huge operation there in PA as I've spoken to probably 2 dozen individuals with similar job functions. Keep cranking them out and I'll keep signing them! We love it!

Our current pay cycle is 45 days from the day of signing. Our system is set up on auto pay so the check should be sent out give or take a day around 45 days after signing. If you ever have any issues please call so we can look into them for you.

They seem a little slow to pay...I'm approaching 40 days on my first invoice of five signings with them ($850)...is this their normal cycle...I mean if I can count on regularity then who cares? -It just means I'll get a check once a month about the same time- but is their typical lag usually more than 30 days? They keep calling me for work so I'm loving them so far.....
