I am always happy to receive calls from Tony or his staff. Never have had a problem or a payment issue.

What kind of response would you expect? Did Tony say that he would follow up with you? I'm sure he did contact the title company, knowing Tony. I would expect a response from the title company, but not necessarily from Tony.
I don't understand what you mean when you said you were kicked off the website. Do you mean you can't log on? Or were you logged in and all of a sudden, the window slammed shut?

I USED to think he was an upstanding guy. The first time I actually had to call title , according to instructions, and ask about a fee the borrower was unaware of, I was kicked to the curb. The girl at the title company for First Merit was extremely rude and would not or could not answer a question for the borrower and hung up on me. Tony assured me he would look into this because he "stands by" his notaries, but I never heard another word. I have tried to login in on the website but I was kicked off that as well. I guess his clients are more important than his notaries. Go figure. |

I have worked for Negrete's and was paid promptly. I a registered with Notary Express. They have not given me a signing yet, however, they came highly recommended and that is why is signed up with them.
I do have a complaint about New Century Mortgage in Burlingame, CA. I did a signing for them at Christmas and have not been paid. When I call they now answer as 1 2 3 Mortgage, but, they are the same people. I have reported them to the BBB and they have gotten nowhere as well. |

If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid.
