Howard Craig is a commissioned Connecticut notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Connecticut . It is not permitted to use a Connecticut notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Connecticut . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
