Mortgage companies, please ensure that all documents are e-mailed directly to us in PDF format, and that all documents are of uniform size. Have had problems in the past with these issues, so it is best to avoid them upfront, as notary has zero computer skills and must rely on calling in help late at night to get documents printed.
