I use state-of-the-art equipment including a dual-tray laser printer, laser scanner, laser fax, and high-speed laptop. I also keep complete notary journals and can perform thumb printing. NNA certification and background check current as of today, with the last re-certification performed January 10,2020.

I work in ten counties in southwestern Colorado and cover a 150 mile radius to accommodate your client and perform the signing in the comfort of their home, any time of day (or night), Monday through Saturday. Self-employed and in business continuously since 2003. Extremely familiar with and comfortable working with all of the various loan documents in use today.

Coverage area includes La Plata, Archuleta, Montezuma, Dolores, San Miguel, Rio Grande, San Juan, Mineral, Ouray, and Hinsdale counties.
