White Out

Function: noun

Never use white out in notary or loan signing work. If a document contains any white out, the lender will most likely require that particular document, or all documents in the mortgage to be reprinted and signed all over again. White out looks fraudulent in any type of official or notarized documents.

Definition 1:
A form of a liquid white ink use to cover up errors in paper work.
