I have found UPS Stores to be the lemest of customer service. Most of my packages are FedEx, but every now and then, I get a rash of USP... so now, I pre-order UPS supplies and use a drop box.
Today is a Saturday and I have THREE UPS packages to process and drop -- not in time for the 2pm store closing and here, UPS does not pick up from UPS drop boxes.
I always urge title companies to use FedEx. Chances are, I'll get a call Monday from and irate title company....
Nothing I can do.... you used UPS!
Prompt, secure professional signings.
The first to call in North Central North Carolina!

Another issue with the mail box notaries is that usually theres only one on staffso they only work certain days, certain hours, the one by us does not do real estate signings, will not refer the customer to another local notary or even provide a list of notaries. The other (red, white and blue) office store does not even have a notary on staff and they will not refer
Thank you,

Perhaps he wrote 2014 "next to his seal" because that's when his commission expires? |

A client had to go to UPS when I wasn't available. Here's what he wrote me today:
"My intuition about UPS was right -- they guy wrote the wrong date (2014) next to his seal! I doubt I can us it."
I've also heard rumors UPS charges $20 per sig, unlawful in California. I'm trying to substantiate that claim through my client who I'm waiting a response from.
Sincerely yours,
