I just use a confidentiality blurb as part of my signature - nothing cutesy, artsy, or anything like that:

"This email contains confidential information, which may also be legally privileged and which is intended only for the use of the addressee(s) named above. If you are not the intended recipient of this email, or the agent or employee responsible for delivering it to the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination or copying of this email may be strictly prohibited. If you have received this email in error, please immediately notify me."

I am working with a 2nd assistant who is a very experienced writer. She likes putting quotes at the bottom of emails. She also has great taste as to what quotes to use. She went through our blog and found all types of quotes.

"Unless you are dead, you can respond to an email", was one of the quotes she uses. Comical, but true!

Do you use quotes?
What funny or interesting quote could you use?
According to our forum, using religious quotes can rub people the wrong way. So, stick to more politically correct quotes such as talking about dead people! That's what we do!

Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid.
