I've been a forum lurker for a little while now and thought I'd post and say hi and hopefully get some feedback on the website I recently launched (at bottom).

I've been reading as much as I can on being a professional notary in the state of Ohio. Surprisingly, the amount of information that I can usually dig up on the internet on a given topic is relatively scarce for notary information, especially information as it pertains to the state of Ohio.

I became a notary to start a small (<--keyword), part-time mobile notary service. As you can see on the website, my hours availability is tiny and I fully expect to not even cover my expenses in the first year. I am OK with that. I will be happy to break even the following year.

I still have much to learn and won't even be touching the loan-signing side of the business for quite some time. I priced my services fairly I believe and based the travel fee from IRS mileage rates plus some for a little profit. My range is only 15 miles and I could find very little competition (that is well advertised at least).

Anyways, your thoughts are welcome.

Thanks,

Brandon
