We have had the privilege of having Mr. Elder perform two closings for us. He is the most organized and easy to understand person we have ever dealt with. All the "tons" of paper were in perfect order and his explanations clear and concise. Mr. Elder is very pleasant, humorous, and well mannered. He waste no time but does not make one feel rushed.
