Diane at Written Ink Notary Service was great. No fuss or headache. She quoted me a price and took the appointment information and emailed me when it was done. Would 100% hire her again.

I reached out to several notaries in the Melbourne, Florida area to conduct a seller closing at the last minute. Ms. Cornelius responded almost immediately and confirmed that she could take this closing. She was very responsive to my emails and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. Ms. Cornelius got the documents signed and notarized and back to me all within the quick turn around time that I needed. I appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely hire her for my next closing in the Melbourne area.

Absolutely professional and knowledgeable. This lady will steer you correctly. We were getting a Deed notarized and we taught we could witness the deed and still sign the deed. Diane took the time to explain why she couldn't notarize it under the state laws of Florida. Very patiently she allowed us to get an independent witness and she acted as the second witness. Diane, we are thankful.

Thank you Diane for helping my wife and I with the Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Directive. I was recommended to you and I am very pleased. I thought we would have had to return to the US to get these documents notarize but you were able to perform the notarization for us online. I am grateful and appreciate you. You have gained my recommendations.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
