Another great experience with this consummate professional. Jacqueline handled our refi several months ago and was fantastic. Today, January 2nd, we attempted to find a notary for a family member who needs open heart surgery tomorrow. Last minute Power of Attorney. We called at least 10 notaries and they said no. It was a holiday. We remembered we had Jacqueline''s business card with our refi paperwork. She was here in 45 minutes.

Called at 730 am to get a towed car released. The ad says owl hours and open at 6am. Was told that "most people would have the sense to call during normal business hours." Totally unprofessional. Forget it.

Very pleased with Jacquelines prompt service. She really went the extra mile to help us today with a last minute purchase. She noticed that we were missing the 1003 from the file and discreetly excused herself from the conference room to call us and let us know w/o EVERYONE else at the table hearing about the error. Nice to have a notary who knows what documents should be there !

Ms. Cummings is advertised to open at 6am for phone calls. However, when I courteously waited until 7am to call her she answered the phone, "Who is it that calls people at 7am?" I had to inform her of her advertised hours then promptly hung up. Why would I want someone to help me with my closing documents that is so unprofessional! Obviously she does not want to be bothered.

I called Jacqueline tonight ( a Saturday night) at 5pm for a 7pm closing after another notary cancelled at the last minute. She was very grateful for the business and followed my instructions exactly. She had a very pleasant attitude. After a couple of minutes conversing with her it was obvious to me that my clients were in good hands with Jacqueline.

Jacqi has worked with us since 2005. She closes 20-25 loans a year for us and every loan has closed perfect, error free. We have several loan officers who will have us reschedule an appointment time rather than use another closer if she is busy. We get great feedback from borrowers regarding her knowledge , appearance and attitude.
