We have had the privilege of having Mr. Elder perform two closings for us. He is the most organized and easy to understand person we have ever dealt with. All the "tons" of paper were in perfect order and his explanations clear and concise. Mr. Elder is very pleasant, humorous, and well mannered. He waste no time but does not make one feel rushed. Excellent job. Highly recommend him.

Paul Elder was very polite and professional and went out of his way to meet us on a Sunday after the closing agent for our home waited until the very last minute to get us the documents that needed signed and notarized. We appreciate Paul and his wife not only notarizing our documents, but witnessing one set that required two witnesses. Thank You O. Paul Elder for going out of your way for us.
