I had to call several times due to a unforseen family crisis. Jerry is extremely professional and covered all the bases. I highly recommend Jerry. He goes above and beyond his clients!!

Jerry is a consumate professional. I've used Jerry on several occasions for our services and my clients appreciate his professional work. I use notaries all over the country and if I had to pick one for my business it would be Jerry Hoey.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mr. Hoey. My mother had a massive stroke which left her paralized on her right side and unable to speak. I needed some specific documents notarized so that I could become her advocate while she rehabilitates. When I explained my dilema to Mr. Hoey, he explained what I needed to gather, he handled all my questions with the highest degree of professionalism, he understood the urgency in my cituation, and EVERY phone call was returned promptly. When "signing" day came, Mr. Hoey arrived on time, was extremely cordial to everyone, and very professional. I cannot thank him enough for the service I received. Thanks so much!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
