I needed a document signed and notarized by my son, who lives in Nebraska. We called her to arrange the appointment and she said no problem. My son contacted her and she told him to come to Lincoln and she'd meet him to do the job. She postponed until the next day. He again travelled to Lincoln to meet with her, only to again be postponed and given the run around.
These documents are critical and need to be completed and notarized. Because she has delayed 3 times and caused a 4 day delay in getting them signed, we will use UPS notary and spend extra money on urgent overnight mail. If she was so busy that she could do the job, then she should and said so upon the first contact and we would not be in the time crunch we are now. I will never use her services and will definitely tell friends and loved ones to go elsewhere.

Connie went above and beyond for our clients today. She was prompt, kind, and she even had a printer in her car! We were able to send her revised docs, and they were printed and signed all within minutes! Connie is highly recommended!

I was scrambling for a notary service for the employment verification and She was the one who came to my rescue. She was very soft spoken, articulate and clear about what I required. She had a patient hearing of my issue and had a solution with a Calm and cool mind. Thanks Connie. Would recommend her for any of the notary services if she says she can do it. Rest assured

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review. |
