Melanie assisted as a Certified Signing Agent on a real estate property sale that is occurring in the state of Arizona. She communicated continuously when attempting to arrive at the designated signing location. Melanie was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Melanie showed me something that I did not that and that is the truth in lending disclosure can be requested early on and must be delivered upon request within 72 hours.
