Denise was amazing. This was a last-minute, late-in-the-day closing. And, to make matters worse, I work from home and was stuck on a call while poor Denise stood outside my condo in the sweltering Florida heat.

However, I never detected even a hint of aggravation or impatience with Denise. She very carefully and slowly explained each page I was signing, my precision period and other important items such as how pre-payment is handled, etc.

Denise represents 123 Notary in a very positive way. She knows what she''s doing and she does it so well, Denise makes it look easy. This was my first mortgage since 1978 - Denise was the perfect fit for a nervous nelli like myself.
