I have been a signing agent since 2001. These include purchases, refinances, out-of-state properties also first and second parts to two-part signings. Florida is a two witness state for mortgages and I can bring my own witness to the signings. I do travel. I can expand my travel area as needed and the fee allows. I work from home and set my own schedule. This allows me to accommodate most any signing appointment.

It is not permitted to use a Florida notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Florida .
