Malloy Notary Services is a general notary and loan signing agent serving Montgomery and the surrounding counties. I'm a PA notary residing in Limerick, PA, but I am dependable, reliable and focused on providing a high level of service to my clients. My professional background includes over twenty two years in the finance industry including: retirement plan administration, relationship management and supplier oversight experience. Also, I'm very detail oriented and provide a high level of professionalism with every client engagement throughout my mobile notary and loan signing services.

Mobile Loan Signing Services include:
First Mortgages, Refinances, Home Equity Line of Credits and Reverse Mortgages. ($125 base fee + travel is additional for areas outside of 25 miles)

I'm also able to complete a variety of General Notary Assignments including:
Signature Acknowledgements, POA's, Wills (and estate documents), Oaths & Affirmations and Witnessing or Attesting of Signatures ($25.00 travel fee plus the standard PA charge(s) for notary services. Travel is additional for areas outside of 25 miles).

It is not permitted to use a Pennsylvania notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Pennsylvania . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
