I’m a mobile Notary Public based in Clarks Summit, a full member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries, fully bonded and insured.

Mobile notary services can be very helpful for those who are hospitalized, in assisted living, unable to drive or aren't available during normal business hours. I provide the ease, convenience, and comfort, of coming to you when you need a notary. If you have documents need to be picked up or dropped off, copied, faxed, or mailed, I am happy to accommodate these needs as well.

I am very aware that when people realize they need a document notarized and they are on a tight schedule, it can be very stressful. I will do all I can to accommodate you and your needs. Do you only get 30 minutes for lunch and need me to meet you in your office parking lot, then that is where we will meet. If you text me or call me, I will get back to you right away. I can usually set up a time for the same day and am very flexible with all times of the day. I am not always in my email, so calling or texting is best.

Fees: My convenience fees are reasonable and based on location, plus the notarial fees as set by our state

Hours and Locations: I am available during and after normal business hours. After normal business hours (Monday Friday 7am-7:30pm) and weekends are by appointment and may incur off hour charges. I can usually arrive at any Clarks Summit, Scranton, or Dunmore locations within 30 minutes of being contacted, unless I am already at another scheduled appointment. I travel to Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Monroe and Luzerne counties.

Payment methods/receipts: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and PayPal. I will also provide an itemized receipt at the time service is rendered.

Other details: You should also be prepared to provide a valid form of ID such as a valid driver’s license, passport, or state ID card. If any of your documents require witnesses, please let me know in advance. If you are unable to provide a witness, I can work on providing one.

Heather J Pettinato is a commissioned Pennsylvania notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Pennsylvania . It is not permitted to use a Pennsylvania notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Pennsylvania . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
