Hello! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Tina and I’m a new loan signing agent in the area and would like to offer my services, whether to cover for your already existing loan signing agent if they need some time off for a vacation or such, or simply to assist you in providing more services to the area.

I have had extensive training and am confident that I can execute the documents for the signing in a timely, efficient manner without the common mistakes of missed signatures and/or initials (particularly in the middle of documents and on the 1003 Form), missed notary stamps, and incomplete notary certificates.

I meticulously go over each and every document a total of three (3) times to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. This includes triple checking key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and Form 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

In the event a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP, as I completely understand that time is of the essence and the importance of meeting the deadlines on rate locks.
The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.

It is not permitted to use a Arizona notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Arizona . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
