I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, and a buyer to miss a close of escrow. I never stack appointments too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times.

I will ensure that any dates, initials, or signatures are properly filled out on every document especially the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 as I know that leads to funding conditions.
