My background as a Loan Closer with a mortgage company and an Escrow Officer with First American Title Co. has provided me with the knowledge and experience needed to make sure that your documents are signed correctly the first time. It is not permitted to use a Utah notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Utah . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
