I have over five years' experience as a Notary and Loan Signing Agent over 2800+ signings. I do have Federal biometric background Check as it is required by the IRS and Texas State since I am registered as a Licensed Agent and Federal Tax Preparer.

I have done all types of signings: Buyers, Commercial, Modifications, Refinances, Sellers, and more.

Yearly refresher courses taken. I accept fax, electronic, or overnight documents. I am dependable, reliable, and accurate. E-documents are accepted.

I do have an office setting if clients feel safer coming into office instead of meeting at their home or elsewhere. Triple O office hours are Monday- Friday 11:00 am - 6:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

Olga Ortega is a commissioned Texas notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Texas . It is not permitted to use a Texas notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Texas . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
