Howdy, Ya'll. Please give me a quick call regarding availability and to see if we are a good match.

I have noticed that some interesting assignments come about because of my notary credentials and background that have nothing to do with being a notary public. Sometimes the best solution is to have a good old fashioned discussion about your needs.

For example, if you cannot find someone in a rural area to take care of your needs, or your clients' needs--there is a high probability I will "go the extra mile", especially if you understand that going the extra mile is not free.

My experience in real estate includes: Listing Agent, Buyer Agent, Property Management, and Real Estate Broker. Just as important, I have been Co-buyer, Co-seller, and have closed in title offices and by Mobile Notary (I paid for experience in several ways.).

Personality experience +. Work as a TDCJ Correctional Officer for six years endowed me with many priceless experiences both working with the incarcerated, Co-workers and staff. I worked with several sociological studies as a Field Interviewer. I believe these experiences further enhances my ability to adjust to any environment and work with others to solve the problem at hand, if anything arises.

However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
