I have completed over 200 loan signings, and specialize in Reverse Mortgages (over 100), high-profile/white glove/VIP clients. I also have specialty training in trust signings, and have done general notary work assignments at attorney?s offices. I have $1M E&O coverage. I did lay low during much of Covid, as my husband is high risk, but am in full swing now.

Kim Flanagan is a commissioned California notary public and may notarize documents in any county of California . It is not permitted to use a California notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of California . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state.
