I am experienced with various types of notarizations, including, but not limited to, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Small Successions, Acts of Donation, Motor Vehicle transactions, and Real Estate transactions, including mortgages.

I am able to draft the necessary documents for these and most other acts upon request. I am also available for loan signings/closings. My professional work history includes managing the post-closing department of a real estate law firm which handled both commercial and residential closings. I am familiar with most types of real estate loans, especially standard purchase and refinance mortgages.

I am a member of the Louisiana Notary Association. I take continuing education classes to keep abreast of the latest developments in Louisiana notarial law and practice to provide you with service in which you can be confident.
