They will need your email address in order to send you more information about testing. The governor's office will give you a PDF study guide which is what you need to carefully review prior to your online examination. Your test results will be mailed ( U.S.P.S mail ) to you the following day. The exam fee is $30, and the exam is 50 minutes long. You will need a $5000 surety bond. Procedure Mail the Utah notary application, bond, and test scores, a photocopy of your birth certificate, passport, or green card, and a check for $30 payable to the state of Utah.
