My base fee includes up to 10 pages of faxbacks...however if they are required (and in those "don't ship til we approve" situations) additional travel fees apply - if I have to bring that package back to my office before shipping, it now means an additional 30 miles travel to go drop the package.

I told one signing service that I charge for fax backs. They were asking for 8 pages. We settled with this: We will only require you send FBs on the first job. Once we see that your work is acceptable you will be okayed for no FBs on future assignments I agreed with, if you do require FBs in the future you will have to pay for the service. Usually a company I have worked for once will not require FBs on future assignments. I can work with that.
