Thansk you for your clarfication Notary Eagle, this is what I thought. I have told notaries in GA to do their research throughly before they spend to much money on courses and such. Some of them listen some of them don't. But they have been warned.

I was told by several GA notaries that they were able to do closings just as long as the property was being recorded in another state. So you may want to check this out.

The way I market myself to hospitals and retirement homes are by going in and asking to speak to with the patient advocate or the social worker on call .I introduce myself letting them know I am THEIR local notary, tell them I am 24/7 and that if ANYONE needed a notary to please feel free to call me. Someone please show me websites on how to market myself -- I am a GA Notary and, as you know, this is an attorney state which means only attorneys can loan signing. How can I market myself to hospitals, jails, offices etc. to use my tools? Also, how much can I charge to do this?
