Yes, there are still issues of non-payment with the AccuSigning from California - the one near Sacramento, not the company with the same name in Arizona. As far as I know, the California based one is the troubled one.
I hope that they will realize that in the business community, a good reputation is as precious as gold. I suspect that they've gotten lucky with enough notaries just choosing to let them get away with non payment. Eventually, they'll just change their name ("Doing Business As") and reappear with a new name. I'd remember the individuals names and avoid doing business for those people.
Non-payers deserve llama spittle!
The Arizona company is also not paying. They owe me $725.00. If anyone has information on where to find them, please let me know. I tried calling yesterday and the phone is disconnected. I was dealing with someone named Jeanna Moreno. She doesn't respond to emails anymore. Ajay (ajwats836@earthlink.net)

G - I did a search here, and found postings from late 2006. Checked the other boards, same posting dates, and same sentiments. Could be same people, cross-posting though.

"You don't get a second chance to make a first impression." I personally have never done any work for them so I do not have a problem.
However, if Accusigning were to call me I would probably not work for them.

I just received my first signing from ACCUSIGNING. Is there anyone still having non-pmt of invoice issues w/Accusigning . I am about to venture off on a signing tomorrow and wanted to get some recent feedback. i read some concerns, but these were back dated to 2005.
thanks, your fellow notary partner g |

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
