Jeremy,

The post was meant for another notary (Ethical Notary) in your forum who knows quite a bit about lawyers. He also happens to be an attorney.

Hi Debi,
I don't have any thoughts other than sending a letter from an attorney if you don't get paid one three or more jobs.

Ethical Notary and Professor,

What are your thoughts and/or ideas on taking up such a cause?

Raising the heat and making signing companies uncomfortable is the best way to get paid. A letter from an attorney is one way to raise the heat. Signing companies do not want legal problems. A letter from an attorney can be very intimidating. The letter does not guarantee that you will get paid, but you will leave a lasting impression and will increase your chances of getting paid.
