The Notaries who don't answer my quiz email are also often the Notaries emailing me asking me how to get more work. Many of them have not gotten a single call. If you have a mediocre presentation of yourself in your listing with no specifics about what you know how to do and no specifics about your designations or certifications, you are not likely to get work.
But, if you top that off with ignoring emails, that makes it a lot less likely you would get work. You have to be very responsive to get business in this market. No sleeping on the job and no lazy self descriptions.
This is why I spend so much painstaking time going over people's notes sections with them and get upset every time they give me a vague answer about anything.
