There are so many loans being signed these days. When I was doing signings it was so much simpler. There were mostly refinances, and 2nds. That was it. But, today there are Reverse Mortgages, Forwards Mortgages, 1sts, 2nds, VA, FHA, Purchases, Sales, Auto titles, and much more.

Which do you like the best and why?

I like Quicken refis. They date everything for the borrower and sometimes you only have to print one set of docs. Also the packages are neat and small.

I enjoy the refi, the people are always happy that they are getting a better rate and the loan package is simple, whether small or large.
