I was curious if there were any newer companies that have come around during this bad mortgage crunch. Performance Closings was new to be commented in 2011, but the comments were not very flattering. That's the only company that I've heard of that has newly blossomed.
On a brighter note, we recently heard something good about quick closings 123 which had not been commented about before... So there is hope!

Diana - someone posted on Notary Rotary yesterday that they'd heard EquiPoint was honoring some of the invoices not paid by PC - so if your closing was with EquiPoint and you're sure it funded you may want to try contacting them - they may help.

Very sad that some signing companies engaged in dishonest business practices and never paid their notaries. I’ve done many signings for Performance Closings for which I was never paid. Shame on you people!
Because of jerks like that, other honest signing companies are suffering. I no longer accept signings from companies that I don’t trust.
