I did a closing in June 2016 and not yet paid. I heard The Notary Spot filed bankruptcy...

I have done a few signinings for this company in the past. Completed one on Oct 18 2016, have yet to be paid. Followed their instructions to email admin@notaryspot.com with the promise that all emails are responded to next day. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response. I went through their entire phone tree. Finally someone named Hope answered. She said she just started working there 2 days ago. Promised that Michael would call me back by end of day. We will see. My past signings with them usually resulted in payment in 2 months. No more. |

I did a resign of a couple pages on July 5th 2016 for $50 still haven't got paid. My Attorney wrote them at the address on their website 213 West Southmore Ave Suite 304 Pasadena TX.77502 returned no such address so today they are resending it to 7704 W 154th Terrance Overland Park, KS 66223
I know it's not much but its the principle they needed it done I dropped what I was doing and done it and after several emails they still haven't paid me. Whoever said they pay well and on time must never work for them as you can see per the following statements by others. |

Fortunately, I did one job in August and have not been paid. I have also contacted Escrow (Carrington Title) to notify them of The Notary Pool with no response. I am waiting for Snapdocs to allow ratings of Notary firms on their site. This would be a great help.

I am owed $340 from this company. No answer at any number. This is fraud thru and thru. They hired us with no intent to pay.

I am owed $455 by the Notary Spot for transactions completed from May to August of 2016. It appears they have flown the coup. I am so so sad. Can't get blood out of a turnip. But if anyone has any information that would help, please advise.

Still awaiting payment for a 4/25/16 closing. Notary Pool entered in Snapdocs that payment was sent but I have called and emailed numerous times and they will not respond.

You're in the same boat as lots of other notaries. This company was once good, but has fallen on financial troubles this year. Read the comments below yours and you'll see that no one is getting paid or they're getting paid with bad checks, this year. |

I completed a signing for the Notary Spot on June 27, 2016. My payment is now 30 days past due. I have sent numerous e-mails and have received NO response. I have tried calling the company but when I try to get to an extension no one answers the phone and the voice mail is full. Is there any one that has been paid for signing for them in 2016?

Well YES I pretty sure i am getting A NO Pay from these guys.. I did a closing on 4/25/2016.... same story very nice lady on the phone assure me she will let them know.. Luckily only.....I am out $150.... I have left my name and the whole scenario with the gals that answer their phone lines.. and then email them again and again.. Still No Payment

I did 4 signings in May and June for The Notary Spot and have not received payment yet. I call the office every other day and the schedulers are very apologetic and they tell me that they keep telling Michael, their boss, but there is nothing more they can do. I have emailed Michael Tomlinson, faxed and called the office line but he ignores me. And I still don't have my $340.
I met another lady who has not paid her also. I wonder how many other people he has not paid.

Great company! I've done numerous closing for them and they have always paid on time (within 30 days). Pleasant to work with and very responsive. |

I have done a closing on the 24Jun14 and I emailed them about my pay on 25jul14 about payment and I was told Michael Tomlison the payment was sent out on the 17th of July and that they allow USPS 2 weeks to deliver. Well it is now 30July14 and still no sign of payment.I sent them another email asking when they plan on paying and I'm waiting on a response. I have never heard of giving postal service 2 weeks to deliver. |
