Posted - 09/17/2019 : 02:21:33 AM As LindaH stated, often RM companies want to pay for both the Appl & Final at the same time. Problem is, they don't all go to Final and then seem to fall off the radar. I've worked with PLS for years and simply told them 'waiting 'til Final to pay is not acceptable'. So far/so good. Polite, businesslike communication is key to solving these issues. They usually pay in about 30 days, but sometimes they need to be reminded, but they've always paid.
If you don't value your time and experience, nobody else will. |

Posted - 05/07/2019 : 06:18:20 AM I performed an assignment for them March 2 (over two months ago). I have not been paid. Voice mail says to email accounting, which I did with no response. Phone calls are never answered by a person and messages are never returned. |

Posted - 03/29/2017 : 10:09:46 PM We just completed an assignment for them in which title left out a QCD.
I explained to Premier that the mistake was title's, and have the proof, however, Premier is not interested in what is right! Not only have we not been paid for our second (50 mile round trip) we were shorted $20.00 for courier fees!
We suggest no one accept any work from Premier when the title company is FNC!! |

Posted - 12/07/2012 : 12:24:00 PM I did two jobs for them, a little apprehensive at first. I always get nervous when I do work for a new company. I dealt with Robyn. She promised they pay 30-31 days and they do. I received a check within the time frame. Let's see if the second check comes as promised. If so, I'll continue to work for them. They pay decent too.

Many times companies don't pay for the RESPA signing until after the loan has closed. I can't accept those terms and I make it clear with them up front that these are payable in 30 days and not at the closing of the loan. There's no guarantee that the loan will be approved or that the loan will ever close.
I'd do a search of the property records and see if a loan ever recorded for that transaction - at least then you'll know if it did and if it funded.
Good luck - hope you see payment soon!!

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid.
