Posted - 04/04/2007 : 07:28:55 AM Has anyone else done business with this company? I had an unpleasant episode with them today but haven't found anything on them anywhere but on their own site.... I'm wondering about getting paid on a questionable transaction.
A little help? |

Posted - 01/28/2016 : 11:01:06 AM I don't really have any problems with them. They call or text usually when there's a job in my area. Easy to get a hold of when I need to and don't babysit me while I'm working. Never have to call and ask where my pay is either. |

Posted - 09/07/2012 : 10:11:50 AM Posted - 09/07/2012 : 10:07:37 AM Notaries to you in Muerietta CA is a problem for me. Josh recently harassed my business not only offering something outside my designated predisclosed county I serve, but something of a pittance job for a Power of Attorney. They are lazy cold calling. When I stood up to his harassment of my business, taking up my time with his frivolous calls he made some sarcastic remark and hung up on me cutting me off mid sentence as to why he was wasting his time for such a one document signing.
I requested an apology and received none. So he thinks he has a right to call unjustifiably and hang up in your ear for protesting. His attitude says it all. He's been round the bend with problems and doesn't handle people well.

Posted - 02/22/2010 : 1:57:54 PM Had a bad experience with Notaries To You in Rancho Murieta, California. They contracted me for a signing back in May 2007 and they reduced my fee by $40 because they lost my check in transit. They claimed that there is a $40 fee to replace a check when lost by the post office. To date, they've been avoiding paying the balance due.

Posted - 09/16/2008 : 08:06:34 AM I have never had a problem with this company. Pays very well and doesn't hold your hand. In fact, my A/R indicates payments are received 2 weeks after e-doc signings.

Posted - 09/15/2008 : 4:10:07 PM They called me again last week, not remembering me and offering me a signing. I explained that when they wanted to pay me in full for the signing I had done for them previously, I would consider accepting the new assignment. Supposedly, they have their own database of notaries. I think they are liars all the way around. Since I had never "applied" with them or signed any contract yet they still found me, I'm sure they were calling 123 Notary "their database"... Their practices are just despicable!

Posted - 04/06/2007 : 09:00:20 AM Hey Shannon - if "coloring outside the lines" was necessary you may want to look up the DOT after it's recorded and note the Notary's name so you know not to refer anything to them. JMHO

Posted - 04/06/2007 : 05:44:51 AM Yes, they are definitely a lowball player. I believe they found a notary to do the work I wouldn't because of a situation that would have required, shall we say, "coloring outside the lines". I don't compromise my ethics when it comes to following the letter of the law and I'm a bit angry that they "found a way" to get the signing done. looks like I'm gonna chalk it up as a learning experience and have severed my relationship with them. I make my living as a notary signing agent and do not want to be associated with such people. Whether it's a Loan Officer, an escrow office or a lender, we associate with only those who can uphold the highest of standards. I notice that when things tighten up as they are doing now, these unsavory folks seem to rear their ugly heads more often. It's a pity, but it won't alter my operations one bit. Thanks for responding! |

Posted - 04/06/2007 : 03:53:01 AM I've done quite abit of work for them since 2006, and no, I am not associated with them other then as an independent contractor. As far as fees go, I don't take their standard fee of $ 65.00, as usually they call for same day signing. Never had my fee reduced either. I did get a letter from them once, as did all the other notaries, saying that if you don't accept our fee agreement then let us know and we'll remove you from our system. They wanted Notaries to accept a piggy back for almost nothing, so I had them take me off their list. They continue to call me anyway. |

Posted - 04/06/2007 : 03:28:34 AM Sorry to be coy, but I'm really ticked about an incident that may result in a partial pay/V.S. full pay because their borrower couldn't sign due to physical impairment. I'm trying to discern if others have had problems getting paid or think this company is "shady" in any way. I'm being careful not to accuse them of something just yet, even though there isn't a snowballs chance in hell I'd ever work for them again. |

Posted - 04/05/2007 : 02:17:02 AM When approximately did you work for them?
What pay did they offer?
Did they ever pay you partial payment after agreeing to pay a set signing fee?
Are you associated with them? |

Posted - 04/05/2007 : 01:15:23 AM I've done quite a few signings for these folks, no problems, and they pay promptly. |
