This is a questions for 123notary. Do you now or have you ever considered providing preprinted Review forms that we can give to borrowers or signers of other documents that would tell them where to go to provide a review of our services? I know I for one would be glad to give these to signers and I'm sure you would get many more reviews this way.

Why not make one up yourself - all you need to do is give them your name, county or zip code, the website URL and a short blurb saying "It's been a pleasure serving you. If you were happy with my service I would appreciate it if you would please visit my profile at <blah blah> and let others know".

Although, be careful - some companies are adamant about notaries not even leaving even business cards with the borrowers - make sure your companies won't object to you leaving this info with them.

The review should IMHO come from the entity that is paying you, not the person(s) notarized. Unless it is a "direct" assignment.

Or both - hiring party endorsement along with signer's review of level of service - both would be helpful.

That's a good idea! A downloadable one page/letter size with 123's review rules/stips and the right URL in Word format (so we could add our name & maybe N#) would make it super-easy for someone to leave a review.

If you don't value your time and experience, nobody else will.
