There are many opportunities for both loan signings and mobile notary work in California. We have lost over 130,000 notaries (Calif) since the mortgage meltdown in 2007 and I don't think it is difficult to get hired as a notary loan-signer in 2011.
I am talking about CA only. Many states have more notaries than needed because they don't have a proctored test and all the other "bells & Whistles" we CA notaries must go through to be commissioned.
You need to know how to advertise yourself and how to do great notary loan-signing work. I can help you with this.
