I will be teaching loan signing classes in 2010 for www.notaryclasses.com in January and March.
The first classroom instruction is Saturday January 9th and location is 165 Hospitality Lane San Bernardino CA.

The cost is $150 and I will cover: marketing, interacting with the borrower(s), equipment needed, and at least 2 hours of getting the loan documents signed correctly.

Class starts at 9:00am and will finish at approximately 5:00pm or whenever you are satisfied with the class.

www.123notary.com doesn't teach classroom loan signing classes.

I think if Jeremy/Carmen had a problem with me listing the classes I teach, this category would not have been an option to click on years ago.

I'm not sure if this would be in direct competition to 123 since Joan is speaking of a live classroom course. Does 123 offer live classroom courses? I don't like online classes, period and would prefer to be taught by a human. There are others like me that also would prefer a classroom setting.
