Posted - 02/27/2015 : 5:45:41 PM Hooray!!! I got a call from them today, so they are STILL in business. Honestly, if you have a payment problem with them, call. They take care of their notaries.

Posted - 10/05/2014 : 8:24:43 PM P2R, you might try calling them first and if you can't get in touch with them, fax a collection letter to them. You can find some good templates for collection letters on Microsoft's web site or you can look up collection letters here on this web site.
I've never been paid any earlier then 30 days from Negrete's, but quite often it's been more then 30 days and I've had to send a reminder. But they've always replied to my e-mail, so it's alarming that you're not getting a reply.

Posted - 10/04/2014 : 11:10:30 AM Not sure what's up with this company. I'm 40 days+ waiting on payment for an August 2014 closing. Used to pay quickly, now no response to emails......Any ideas out there?

Posted - 07/25/2014 : 06:08:53 AM I have loved working for this company. I called about 2 outstanding closing - one in April. Was told check for both of these was mailed on 7/11 and a check number. Yesterday's mail still did not have check and asked for another to be mailed. Will keep you informed when I get it. Tony's company has always been one of my favorites to work with. He is more than fair with me on difficult closings. Hope this is just a hiccup!!

Posted - 07/11/2014 : 4:45:38 PM Hrrmm...not sure - recent feedback elsewhere indicates a serious slowdown in payments..
Hope not - I worked for Tony only once but from what I've heard they were a stellar company - hope they haven't become a victim of the economy...

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
